Return & Exchange Policy

At Leher Vastra, every piece is carefully quality-checked before it is shipped. To maintain the highest standards of hygiene and product quality, we follow a No Return & No Exchange Policy, with the exception of eligible size exchanges and products received in damaged condition.

Returns

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect selection.

Size Exchange

We offer size exchange for eligible orders.

To ensure the perfect fit, we kindly request you to refer to our Size Chart before placing your order.

For a size exchange:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 working days of receiving your order.
  • The product must be returned to us within 7 working days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • The item should be sent to the return address provided by our Customer Support team.
  • Return shipping to our warehouse must be arranged by the customer.
  • A ₹50 shipping charge is applicable for dispatching the exchanged product.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we are happy to assist you.

To be eligible for a replacement claim:

  • The claim must be raised within 7 working days of receiving your order.
  • An uninterrupted unboxing/opening video is mandatory.
  • The video must clearly show the sealed package being opened and the damage or incorrect item received.
  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video may not be eligible for approval.
